Benefits & Training
To enhance the individual career paths of our officers we offer a range of training courses that are unrivalled throughout the security industry.
From basic First Aid as standard, through to the development of sector specific courses and nationally recognised qualifications such as an NVQ in Customer Service, our training procedure ensures the continual personal development of all our officers. What’s more the majority of training is completed on-site and in line with day-to-day duties.
Other staff benefits include our travel and subsistence scheme, holiday pay above the industry average, contract specific bonus schemes and incentive schemes for the provision of sales leads and suggestions. In addition all personnel have access to our sick pay and pension schemes.
