To this end every contract comes with a bespoke Service Level Agreement. Service delivery is assessed on a monthly basis against pre-determined Key Performance Indicators with reports available to our customers at any time. Our centralised support infrastructure allows our operational managers to spend 80% of their time on site – thereby ensuring consistency in the quality of our service at all times.
